Bot-Brand does not control third-party platforms including but not limited to Google, Meta, YouTube, GoHighLevel, email providers, phone carriers, social media networks, search engines, or AI providers, and is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, rejected ads, algorithm changes, or other third-party disruptions that may affect performance.

Clients remain responsible for providing accurate business information, timely approvals, access to required accounts, compliance with applicable laws and regulations, fulfillment of their own services, sales processes, and follow-up with leads. Failure to provide needed access, approvals, content, budgets, or timely communication may delay or limit service performance.

Bot-Brand makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or guaranteed business outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bot-Brand shall not be liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunities, indirect damages, consequential damages, or business interruptions arising from the use of its services.
